I just thought it will be a good addition to publish my menu for the week to give you guys some idea on what new ideas you can bring from your kitchen to your dining table. For this week, this is what we had. You will also find out that sometimes I don't get inspired, sometimes I get lazy and most of the time, I repeat meals when I run out of ideas. So you see, you are normal.
Monday:
Breakfast - French Toast with condensed milk & cheese
Lunch & dinner - Lemon & Garlic Pan-fried Fish Steak
Pumpkin Soup
Tuesday:
Breakfast- peanut butter sandwich & coffee
Lunch - Chili Con Carne
Dinner - Garlic Brocolli
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Fresh Pineapple
Lunch & Dinner - Tinolang Manok
Thursday:
Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with Toast
Lunch - Chili Con Carne (again, but it tastes better this time)
Dinner - The infamous Adobong Labong (see previous entry)
Friday:
Breakfast - Garlicky Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Lunch & Dinner - Mustard Chicken served with Coleslaw
