Ooops! Sorry I was late but this was our September 3 to 9 menu.
Monday:
Breakfast - Freanch Toast and Coffee
Lunch - Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner - we ate at a friend's house. They served brown rice with spicy Daing na Bangus, Sauteed Sardines and Ensaymada for dessert
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Longganisa, Fried Rice and Fried Eggs (yeeessss, really healthy..)
Lunch - Crispy Fried Taksay served with Steamed rice and Tomato Salad
Dinner - Baked Potato with Chili Con Carne and Sour Cream (Yes, it's still the same Chili from last week. *evil laugh*)
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Pancakes with condensed milk and cheese
Lunch - Piri-piri Chicken served with Rice
Dinner - Minestrone
Thursday:
Breakfast - Fresh bananas; eat-all-you-can!!!
Lunch - Sinigang na Talakitok served with rice
Dinner - we ate somewhere but I forgot where... *buffering*
Friday:
Breakfast - Oatmeal Porridge with milk, vanilla & cinnamon
Lunch - had a meeting and ate out. The Adobong Baka sa Gata at Max's took my breath away... sigh...
Dinner - Sinigang na Talakitok served with Rice (deja vu! we're gonna get a lot of these out here.)
Saturday:
Breakfast - Fruit & Nut Muesli
Lunch - Mustard Chicken served with blanched Water Spinach dressed in Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil (haneeeep! haba ng pangalan, kangkong na may bawang lang yan. That served as our "rice". Sobrang saraaaap!)
Dinner - Parteeeeeeeh ouuuut! That means I didn't cook - thank goodness.
